Do I have to give you any real life money?
No. We never charge to use our gold transfering service. We also currently don't charge a in game rate on your currency. All transfers are currently 1:1.

What is the rate?
The rate is the "fee" we take on every transfer. Currently the rate for all transfers is 1:1. Meaning that you get the exact amount of platinum you gave us.
Power Leveling
Is it possible to load my own character?
Yes. We allow anyone to load there own character if they would like to. However this will slow down the PL because we will have to find a time that works for both of us and will require you keeping your character loaded for up to 10 hours which isn't much fun.
We are completely trustworthy with your account and password and will never ask for your secret word. We suggest you change your password to something you don't normally use before you send us your account info and then change it back when your power level is finished.
I want a character power leveled on a brand new account is that possible?
Yes. However it is an additional $30 which covers the cost of the game and all expansions including the most recent expansion Labyrinth of the Minotaur.
